- Damaged or Defective Items: If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, provided the item is returned in its original packaging.
- Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that does not match your order (e.g., wrong size or design), please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
- Change of Mind: Due to the custom nature of our prints, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure you select the correct size and design before placing your order.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at info@triumphstudio.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and details of the issue.
- Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, including the packaging, to help us process your request efficiently.
- We will then assess the evidence and proceed to refund the monies, as per the conditions outlined.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Prints that have been altered, framed, or removed from their original packaging.
- Prints damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer.
- Due to the custom nature of our prints, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please ensure you select the correct size and design before placing your order.
